RuSpa is a Russian and European massage spa inside Courtyard by Marriott Dubai, on Al Barsha Road behind Mall of the Emirates. It was set up for guests who want firm, rhythmic Eastern European massage or lighter European strokes in a private room, away from the noise of a large hotel spa floor.
The menu has nine treatments: oil aroma, tension and deep muscle relaxation, hot stone, bamboo, Thai, four-hands, a couples session and a Moroccan bath. Every one comes in 60 or 90 minutes and is priced from AED 350; the full list with prices is on the services page.
Treatments take place in private VIP rooms, with steam rooms and a couple’s suite on site. Oils and moisturisers are chosen for skin comfort and tested before they reach the treatment room, so you can tell your therapist about any sensitivity and they will adjust the products.

Each session starts with a short conversation about what you need and how firm you like the pressure, and the therapist adjusts it as the massage goes on. Private VIP treatment rooms
